When you are a CS rep at 3form...

I am going to show you all what it is like to be a customer service representative for 3form.

When you are a CS rep at 3form...

This is your supervisor. His name is Chris and he is very nice and patient and knows just about everything!

When you you are a CS rep at 3form...

You get trained by Amy! She is the team lead, believe it or not, And she is ESPECIALLY patient with stupid people. If you have a blog you will get along with her very well! And if you don't, then you will within a week! :)

When you are a CS rep at 3form...

This is your work space! You get to put up pictures of your fiance and friends and Filipe, the boy you sponsor in Africa! And you get to keep it as dirty as you like!(especially if you sit on the side of the divider that faces nothing and no one!

When you are a CS rep at 3form...

You get to see Victoria's smiling face everyday! You will ask her about faxes alot and IM her a lot because she sits at the front desk instead of instead of by all of the other CS reps. If you are lucky, you will get to "train" her after being here only a month!

When you are a CS rep for 3form...

You chill near Megan all day! She is a great CS rep but an even better photographer! (her photog blog is up up up and to the left on my blog!) Even though you won't be able to see her very easily because of the evil divider you will always have a good visual of her cute bangs!

When you are a CS rep at 3form...

You get hotter and hotter and hotter. Like this! I don't know what it is...the head-set, the angry customers, the frigid cold. SOMETHING at 3form brings out the hotness in people!

When you are a CS rep at 3form...

You get to meet with your supervisor and talk about what you are doing well and what you could improve on! And at the end you get this neato copy of what you talked about! :D

When you are a CS rep at 3form...
You get one of these nifty phones ALL TO YOURSELF! It sits right next to you at your desk! Easy access! And, get this, when someone calls it BLINKS!!!!! Seriously. Lights. Blinking. When your phone says "logged off" and you have a picture of it, it means you need to stop taking pictures and get back to work!!

when you are a CS rep at 3form...

You get to look at this screen all day. :) That thing on the screen is called a CALL LOG. You fill out MILLIONS a day! They just get more fun as you go!

And THAT is the life of a CS rep at 3form. :D

SYTYCD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So You Think You Can Dance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I took my mom to see the SYTYCD tour last night (Tuesday, September 23rd). For those of you who are not familiar with SYTYCD...my heart breaks. Anywho, this is season 4 and ever since the second season the top 10 dancers get to go on tour! (this year it was 13 of them...there was an extra girl, long story, and I'm not sure why they had 2 extra dancers...they were in the top 12 but I'm not sure why they went on tour...) So, pretty much got to see all of our favorite dancers and our favorite dances!! There are not many pictures of my favorite dances because I was too busy watching them to try to get a picture! :) I will put up some links to my favorite dances though!! :) And links to the dances I have pictured because you really can't see the dancers very well in the pictures. I LOVE SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE!!

This is the back drop everyone talks to the camera during auditions week. They do the very very first interviews in front of this too! It's pretty ghetto looking in person but not ANY less exciting!! :)

This couple in front of us in line, yes there was a line to get your picture taken in front of this thing, was nice enough to take a couple of pictures for us and we took a couple of them. :) Everyone is so friendly when they are about to watch the greatest show on earth!!!!

This is my very large SYTYCD souvenir t-shirt I bought for a lot of money. I would have gotten a smaller size but it was NUTS trying to buy stuff. There were no lines or order at all. I tried to get in and out as quickly as possible! Some people were taking FOREVER! They had credit cards...Okay, I understand you don't know how much you are going to spend and you may not go to concerts a lot and you may not be comfortable carrying around a wad of cash in your pocket but, people, word of advice: ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS bring CASH to concerts for souvenirs! It is SO much easier and quicker. It's considerate to the people selling the stuff and to every one else around who also would like to buy things. I was probably one of 2 people who used cash but I like to think we made a difference.

This is my mama! She loves SYTYCD and we would always watch it together! She told me 16 times that this was the best birthday present EVER! I don't know if I fully believe it because I made her a cheerios necklace when I was 11 for her birthday...I spent 3 hours coloring each individual Cheerio a different color...I just don't know if that can be topped...

This is us sooooooooo excited for the show to start!!!!!

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!

THIS is Nigel Barker (said with a British accent)! He is the mean, foreign judge for SYTYCD, comparable to Simon Cowell. Nigel Barker is to SYTYCD as Simon Cowell is to American Idol. But I like him a lot more than Simon. He gives CONSTRUCTIVE critisicm...most of the time. He choreographed a dance for the top 5 guys and it was SUPER FUN! LINK: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2D9w0vNB6Nk He also did a tap number on the show this season! you ever heard Simon sing?

KATIE AND JOSHUA!! They were the top guy and girl. Joshua was the final champion but for the first time in SYTYCD history the top girl got a prize too!! It was like a bagillion dollars or something. This dance was Katies SEXY dance! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oaBe9AVNE8Q
ballroom dancing is probably Katee's weakest dance style (no one can compare to Chelsea) but she is so good at EVERYTHING else it doesn't matter in the least.

This here is Kherrington and Twitch, later they came to be known as TWITCHINGTON. Initially they were my favorite couple but Kherrington dropped down to like, number 4 on my list after this dance. Twitch is my favorite guy to this day! (He was in HAIRSPRAY!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlJMNaLipeE

Here are Utah's SweetHearts!! GEV AND CHELSEA HIGHTOWER. They are both from UTAH! :) I have a lot of pictures of Chelsea because she is my favorite SYTYCD season 4 girl! She is a ballroom dancer from Orem and I wasn't expecting much from her but she was AWESOME! She didn't dissapoint all season! And she is in one of my all time favorite dances!!! LINK!

I really love Chelsea...and I love Gev! Gev came on the show as breaker (or b-boy as they are known in the biz) but he did SUPER well in every other type of dance and I hear through the grape vine (a friend who knows a friend who knows the brother a friend of Gevs grandma) that Hip-hop/breaking isn't even his main style...interesting...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUnetg2FlqI

THIS is MARK AND COURTNEY! Mark is a really really unique dancer and he's fun. I was pretty indifferent about Courtney for most of this season and I started liking her again near the end but then CHELSEA got kicked off instead of Courtney and I didn't like her again...but by the finale...she was alright. *sigh*

CHELSEA HIGHTOWER! Each one of the performers had a montage about them shown and they got to do a solo. JUST LIKE IN THE SHOW! :)

I've got Chelsea fever! :)

TWITCH AND KATIE! The dance in the picture with Twitch and Katie is another really fun one! Not everyone appreciates it the way I do. LINK: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKN5B3abQmQ
It's a Mia Michaels piece and some of her stuff is super WEIRD but some of it is REALLY awesome...Like this one!

I didn't get a picture of their finale piece :( it was really cute to "You Can't Stop The Beat" from Hairspray! But by then I had stained my new dress and I was a little bummed. :( Anywho,

HERE ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE, MOST MEMORABLE DANCES FROM SEASON 4:

===I wasn't expecting much from Katee or Joshua...until I saw THIS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3WIHr1RUJU (for the record, I did not like this song before SYTYCD) Tabitha and Napoleon are a married couple choreographing duo that have pioneered this whole new genre of dance! It's called "lyrical hip-hop" and I LOVE it! This one was on the tour, of course!

===Chelsea and Mark. Another Tabitha and Napoleon! Once again, did NOT like the song before I saw this dance... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gujNoTqbwWc This was performed on the tour :)

===Another Chelsea and Mark. They got some cool dances! This is a Mia Michaels contemporary and it was called the "Tim Burton Dance" because she modeled it after the corpse bride. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=anZaebeNQ2Y

===Joshua and Katee! They are really amazing. This dance is about how hard marriage is but sticking with it...I MAY have cried the first time I watched it... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVOLe32RUUQ

===This is Courtney and Gev. This one has the rehearsal footage attached because I thought the "message" was very funny! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IIyREdoiOuo

===Yet ANOTHER Chelsea and Mark. This one is BROADWAY! :) The rehearsal footage is attached to this only because I couldn't find it without...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PCfd1TP4qM

===Mark and Chelsea...not Chelsea and Mark. And its a good 'ol JAZZ number!! (maybe I'm just getting lazy...couldn't find this dance without the rehearsal footage either!...) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzqjqiJAjnE

===Courtney and Gev Contemporary! More rehearsal footage. It's pretty great. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_Qvj-zTvBQ

===Joshua and Courtney hip-hop! SHE'S ALIVE! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6mw51boMn0

===It's my favorite dancer again and Gev doing a contemporary piece. It's got a totally sweet 50's feel! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hdDPkOAoDl0

===Courtney and WILL! You're probably thinking..."who the heckerooney is Will???" I have not mentioned him because he didn't really stand out to me. This was a fun dance though. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJNdrXxGfHY another tabitha and napoleon lyrical hip-hop

===I LIKE TOO MANY! Courtney and Gev Jazz...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4D4BfSuPug

===I feel like I have not been true to my favorite guy Twitch....here is a hip-hop with him and Courtney. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJNdrXxGfHY it's a fun one...Twitch kind of got the raw end of the stick when it came to dances...but he is JUST so loveable! :)

===Twitch solo *SHOUT OUT TO MI FAVORITA* http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nrb5xqMkjy8 he's 4 real!

===Kherrington and Twitch waltz. Watch Twitch's arms!! They flow like no other! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2VRAHRbmT8

===Kherrington and Twitch contemporary. Mia Michaels, which is why it LOOKS unchoreographed, but it's not. Every step has a count (or a sound). Also, one I was VERY impressed with Twitch in this one! He moves like a contemporary dancer! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n17HrL66iFU

I guess the top 10 were the top for a reason...they seem to be all I remember...hm. Well, hope you enjoyed them!

Wedding Log Stardate 09.18.2008 AKA: the save-the-dates

So, Chase and I (mostly I) decided to order some save-the-date cards since all of our family is coming from out of town (all of mine from out-of-state) and some of our groomsmen and brides are also from out of town. We only ordered 50 because we only wanted to send them to people that maybe we don't talk to much and the we really wanted there. So, don't feel bad if you don't receive one...they're not the official invites.

We had a few different choices, no one give their input as to which one we should choose because we have already chosen and it was a compromise between Chase and I because it was surprisingly important to both of us and we DID not love the same ones. I liked pretty much all of them EXCEPT the one Chase liked the most. So, we had her combine some of them and then compromised on which one we chose. :) That's what marriage is all about right?

This was the first one we received. It was very cute and our colors but we both thought it was a little girly with the polka dots. And it just had the three small pictures.

This is the second we were sent. I really really liked the lay-out of this one but it wasn't our colors. Chase liked this one more than the first but less than the third. We both really liked the larger picture with the 3 smaller pictures.

This is the third one we got. This is the one I liked the least. I didn't like the turquoise background behind the larger picture and the random jewel in the corner and I was drawn to the horizontal ones too. Chase liked the leathery brown look with the turquoise color. He thought it was the most interesting...

So, she sent us these three and we talked about it and we both liked different thing so I let her know what I liked and what Chase liked and she made these two...

I really liked this one. I enjoy the aqua color more than the brown so I liked that it was mainly aqua. And I liked the horizontalness and the larger picture with smaller pictures. But Chase wasn't super crazy about it. Luckily....

She had one more option and I liked the colors and it was horizontal and I liked the font. Chase liked the brown and the turquoise and the framing around the pictures. We both enjoyed the simplicity and the pictures that were chosen and the way it was worded. So, compromise! :)

Wedding Log Stardate 09.11.2008 AKA: the videographer

Hello! So, wedding update!

Not much else has been planned...not much else really could be planned until closer to the wedding day. BUT, good news, we found a videographer!!!!!

Those of you who hear my wedding ramblings know how worried I was that I wouldn't be able to find/afford one! At first, I didn't really care or even ever think about a video but when I saw my best friends Laurie and Keith's and the more I thought about it and the more I researched the more I realized how important it is to me to have a quality wedding video!

So, at first this was the one thing I thought I wouldn't have to worry about at all because at my church there is a couple who do videography and they videoed my best friends wedding and they tape pretty much anything anyone needs EXCEPT my wedding because, believe it or not, they were already booked that day for a wedding! I was pretty bummed because, of course, I wanted EXACTLY what my best friends had. lol

Well, I looked and looked and looked. I spent all my free time at work looking at wedding videos and contacting companies by email, if they didn't email then they didn't get my business pretty much. So, I searched high and low and spoke with some that were really really talented but WAAAAAAAY too expensive, then I spoke with some that were REALLY affordable but not...what I wanted... FINALLY, someone suggested KSL.com and it was an answer to my prayers because I found a ton of videographers but only one that fit my budget AND provided the packages I needed AND was extremely talented.

His name is Aaron Blair...*SHOUT OUT TO AARON BLAIR*...and he is super nice and we are booking him for June 27th 2009 SO NO ONE GO NEAR HIM!

If you want to check out his work go to www.ablarimedia.com. :)
